This lovely pendant has the texture is of chrysanthemum petals on the stone side and cobblestones on the opposite side. The stone is lapis which always look regal with silver and gold. The textures were pressed into silver metal clay then dried. After refining and smoothing the dried clay I added the bezel for the lapis stone. I added a loop at the top and fired the piece in the kiln. I burnished both sides with 24K gold foil, a process called Keum boo in certain areas and painted with patina whereas other areas were left shiny silver.
It can be worn on either side since the textures are different.
Dimensions: Diameter a little over 1/2 inch. 18" sterling silver box chain.
